My wife and I walked in to this lab with orders from our doctor. We had great timing because we didn't have to wait and we both feel it was the easiest time we ever had blood work performed. Very smooth!
Im a hard stick and I am a fainter. This is my second time going to this location. Every time I have been amazed but how easy she is able to get blood out of me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The young lady who is not only the phlebotomist but also the receptionist is an amazing one man band! The blood work was flawless and she was extremely patient and pleasant to everyone.
Arrived after a bad experience down the street and was able to get prompt professional services. Definitely found a new resource for blood work. In my case bigger is not better. The difference between the two labs is reflected in the superior ratings of IML.
I waited 2/14/22 from 6:30am in 50's weather thinking they opened at 7am. At 7:30 finally left. Found out lab tech called in sick Sunday, which is fine. Never put a sign on the door!! People pulled in and waited and waited. Will never go there again. VERY unprofessional.👎👎
