Went in for routine bloodwork as I have annually at this location for years. I gave the lady my order & asked if she needed my license. She said she only needed my insurance card. I only had it on my phone as I have every other time that I've visited. She said that wouldn't work and told me that she won't be able to help me. No new signs posted that a physical card is required. Bottom line is that you can be seen here without them properly identifying you with a license, however, you must have a physical insurance card. I needed blood work done. It was quick and easy. Once the paper work is done. You're directed to go the room. Blood is taken and you're out the door. The woman at the front desk was great

Quick and easy for me. I had to pay $20 since they don't take BC/BS insurance.
