No appointment necessary I walked in numerous times the receptionist is very helpful and filling out my paperwork and did the blood drawn total time spent there was no more than 15 minutes highly recommend you try them out compared to some other labs that have long waiting periods
I went for blood work on Aug 27th. The experience was fast and painless. However, the results were NEVER sent to my Dr. When I went for my follow up in Nov, she had no record. Then let's go to the billing!!!!! One of my tests was not approved by my ins. I wanted to pay by cc on line but the info I put in was not accepted even though they have all my info. To those who are wondering, yes, They let April go. As expected, Every bit of professionalism, expertise & pride left with her. The ONLY thing this place has going for it now, it ain't Quest.
