I went for blood work on Aug 27th. The experience was fast and painless. However, the results were NEVER sent to my Dr. When I went for my follow up in Nov, she had no record. Then let's go to the billing!!!!! One of my tests was not approved by my ins. I wanted to pay by cc on line but the info I put in was not accepted even though they have all my info. To those who are wondering, yes, They let April go. As expected, Every bit of professionalism, expertise & pride left with her. The ONLY thing this place has going for it now, it ain't Quest.
My husband and I both have been going to this lab for years . My husband has since passed but I continue to go there because it was always convenient for us and April was excellent. I would go in take care of business and out. Hardly ever any wait time. April was always there since she left you never know if the place is open or the hours. I went there last time only to find a note on door. I believe she was on vacation or something point is the place was supposed to be open.
