Beyond an amazing experience- if I could give more stars I would. I needed a Stryker S3 bed and Stryker Isoflex matress for my mother and I couldn’t find them anywhere in North America. Many may not knows this but the S3 is like the Cadillac of hospital beds and the Isoflex matress is THE gold standard for reducing pressure sores for someone who is bed bound. My experience with International Medical Equipment has been excellent. Starting with customer service office staff is by lingual and will go out of their way to satisfy the customers. All of the equipment is checked out or certified before leaves the facility. They will deliver what they promised. Oscar Rodriguez
