If there was a negative star i would have picked it . IMR has the most incompetent recruiters i have ever dealt with. Please do not waste your time with them!!
Even a cursory search would reveal to you that one of the 5 star reviews is written by somebody who currently works at IMR...hence his anecdote about "having worked with the firm to find his current placement." That should tell you all you need to know about the caliber of individual working at IMR - intelligent enough to write a self praising review but not smart enough to even attempt to conceal their clear affiliations with the place. Present old postings, contact references with rude questions. No soft skills avoid
I worked with them to place me in my current role. I felt I was well prepped for the interview and my experience was great. I felt that they wanted me to succeed in a role they lined me up for. My experience was so great I use for the fill the roles I am hiring for now.
!!! Avoid them at all costs !!! They are a waste of time
