Send pictures, templates, measurements of part that needs replacing. They sent stock part, blamed me for not giving them enough info, rather than asking for clarification, then berated me for not giving them credit for being so accommodating while my business grinds to a halt without the proper part for a 3A license. Gee, yes, I might be a tad upset....then to tell me they cannot do anything else for me....except keep my 2 grand...🤬
