Very unhappy customer. I walked intothis shop on Friday May 30,2008. I asked them if they were able to do a hair cut or me. I was told they could do it at 430 if I could come back then. I came back for my appointment. I have longer hair that is pretty wavey. It is all one length and I do have bangs. I asked to get alittle trim meaning I wanted the split ends cut off only.
