The product does not work like they say! I stops multiple times in the middle of shows...the streaming is less than ok. And the customer service woman is by far the worst person to deal with..." I am sick of everyone yelling at me about a product that has nothing to do with me!" Then hung up on me! She was the extreme of rude...this product is $400 so I expect it to be a good product!!
