I had major issues for about a year and a half. I had already read all Dr. Gundrys books and was following his mainstream advice so I thought going to his actual practice might be the answer. It took about 6 months to actually get to meet him in person. The office staff were nice to me and I had no issues there. When I looked at the other patients there, most seemed overweight and just generally not that healthy. I felt like 90% of them could have just read the plant paradox and fixed themselves. Dr. Gundry has been treating me and my entire family for over a decade. He has made us all healthier and I would put money on it that he is also adding decades to our lives! Yes, he does sell a lot of supplements- but honestly he makes good products. He provides so much information for free, he deserves to make a buck! This man is an encyclopedia and continues to learn and research to this day.
