Horrible customer service after the sale. Extremely rude front desk staff. My husband has complained about his hearing aides for months with no resolve from the audiologists at this office. I feel very sorry for any one else who may have experienced this type of bad service from this company. Hind sight is 20/20 but with a $4000.00 loss, we will definitely search for a "real" hearing specialist in the future.
