Excellent service and product soup to nuts. Their business model is excellent from the consumer point of view. Thorough consultation with Susan. Careful and complete explanations. Choices offered. Delivered on time and fitted to my ears. Follow 2 years later. Still excellent. Change in the consultant here but still terrific. Hearing aids are still great.
