We scheduled an appointment and we're really looking forward to the procedure in high hopes of future procedure for us and other family members hoping to get the same procedure, however, the experience of the front desk receptionist was so hurandous that we decided to get up and leave. The way the receptionist were handing other patients made us think and wondered, if that's the service they delive I wonder the level of service after the procedure? No thanks, we left.
