I experienced an awful experience with Walenka. I went to her over a period of 8 weeks. I initially got color and 8 weeks later a perm. After she put the perm in she went to the back of the shop and was talking to a coworker. She never checked with me about the status of how my scalp was feeling and left the perm in too long . I'm happy I finally found a good place to get my hair cut after getting my hair ruined so many times. All the services are really affordable as well! I believe you usually pay 65 for a haircut and blowout but I did a haircut with diffusing and it was only 35 dollars. My old stylist used to charge nearly 90 for a lazy haircut and blow dry so I'm extremely happy coming here!

Absolute worest hair salon ever!! I've been a client of Jade (the owner) for 15+ years and although she's done some very bad work on my hair I still stayed with her. My color is always wrong or my hair cut isn't even, but would always attempt to fix it so I stayed. This last visit was a nightmare. My color washed out in 1 wash and my cut is uneven, as I wear a bob cut so it has to be right and instead of fixing it she told me it's my hair not her terrible work and to go elsewhere. I have been a client of Jade's for over 15 years and have never been disappointed by her professionalism and her dedication to her clients. Jade's client list is always a 2 week wait but none of her clients mind the wait as they know they will get a top class service from Jade. Jade is hard working and always committed to getting her customers hair right, if they are not happy with her work Jade will alway offer to put things right before her client leaves her salon.
