I experienced an awful experience with Walenka. I went to her over a period of 8 weeks. I initially got color and 8 weeks later a perm. After she put the perm in she went to the back of the shop and was talking to a coworker. She never checked with me about the status of how my scalp was feeling and left the perm in too long . My scalp was burning by the time she checked on me. Now, 3 weeks later, my hair has fallen out and I have only about 1/2 inch of hair left . I initially had nice thick hair which was below my ears.
