Absolutely horrid. Came in for a hair straightening treatment that I’ve done regularly for 20 years as t many different hair salons. I repeatedly asked them ahead of time if they use the proper type of chemical because occasionally I’ve experienced chemicals used that did not straighten as well and did not last as long.
