First visit today, for lunch, but it WON'T be the last. This man is a freaking GENIUS with food-- I got the Western Bourbon burger and it was so good I had to share it with my husband so I could get him to take me there more often. We both LOVED it. If you're ever in downtown Bastrop, go give his food a try-- you WON'T be disappointed.

Holy cow, that was incredible, food!! I love the passion and intentionality of the owner as well🥰 Fig and bree grilled cheese on sourdough and the hot dog, yummy! Wish more restaurants took pride these days in what they serve the way this man does.

Got the Reuben. Was too soggy to eat after getting it in a to-go container. Was only about 7 minutes after picking it up that i ate it. Already too soggy. Asked to try the “aioli” was told it was already in the bag, but what was put in the bag was the (buffalo wild wings) garlic Parmesan sauce. He insisted that this is what I wanted, not the aioli. He kept talking over me to the point it was frustrating and annoying that i just walked off. I am 99.9% sure their “garlic Parmesan sauce” is the Buffalo Wild Wing sauce. Wanted t... read more

This place serves so damn good food! I can't even take pictures because we ate all of it so fast even though they were big portions, it was hard to stop. May be a wait depending on how busy they are but I guarantee it's worth the wait!
