IGS completed our Tidewater kitchen countertop last year. we called them back to complete our bathroom counter tops. We requested the same bullnose edging, including the sink cutout with partial reveal. They claim Taylor made services to meet customer needs. So, it took over a month to come out for bathroom countertops. However we signed an agreement on Friday to complete the guest and master bathroom with Cambria Mayfair, with the same bullnose edging including the sink cut out exactly as completed in kitchen. Extremely pushy sales tactics and much more expensive for exact same product as other companies quoted. After watching a video and asked to call the BBB to hear the company's rating, I was asked if I could make a decision to begin the work today before I was even quoted a price. When I said the quote I was given was not in my budget, I was asked to look at other countertops and then asked how long it would take me to come up with the price difference for what I wanted. Wish I had read reviews on this company. We had the worst experience with them - like you were dealing with big fat liars. Their main concern is getting your money up front. After that they do whatever they want and will not honor what was agreed upon. Do Not use this company! Too many others in town.
