Sales and installation work good to excellent. The office scheduling is a mess. We were told install in 2 weeks. Turned out to be >6 weeks. Very challenging to get calls answered or returned. It took over 2 months to get refund for plumbing that we had to pay out of pocket since they do not have licensed plumbers. The refund was $475 and we were told it would be $510. This was our 3rd job and a complete turn-off for us! We have 15 properties and will likely never call them again!
International Granite and Stone far surpassed our expectations. We would like to mention the following people. Lucas, Steve, Danny, Brian, Melody and Tommy for their great work and customer service. We met with several fabricators before picking IGS. The sales & design representative who met with us, Lucas was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. From there we went forward.
