Couldn’t be happier with my experience with International Gems in Kelowna. We worked with Brent to custom make an engagement ring, and he absolutely crushed it. My fiancée and I live in a different province, but honestly, you’d never know. Brent was able to turn a few hurried phone calls in a grocery store parking lot, some grainy photos over email, and a vague idea into a beautiful, timeless, one of a kind piece of jewelry. Although I am surely not one of their top grossing clients, I was treated just like family. He was able to make a little lady very happy, and create a special moment that we will cherish for a very long time! Even though we live in another province, he was able to deliver our very special package discretely, securely, and safely.
