Took my ring 💍 n for repair, the band was broken. They were having a sale 30% off. Antique ring gifted to me from my aunt. I called 3 weeks in and asked. They responded that they were swamped and would call when ready. They called a few weeks after and started rambling all the things they had done - I was in shock!!!
