My Parents order an expensive Living room set, after waiting for months since it was coming from Italy, it was finally delivered with a large sign, made in China. On top of that the furniture is not great quality, the leather is all stretched out, cushions are sagging and the furniture seats looks like they weren't stuffed properly. The store takes no responsibility and once they got paid ( unfortunately in cash) they take no responsibility for this crappy stuff that they sell. The charged me an extra hundred dollars to provide a certificate of their insurance to my building (rip off) and were 5.5 hours late. When I would call to ask where the furniture was they would tell me I would get it within the hour. Liars.
