Give real tracking info, answer customer inquiries about orders, deliver the products they've been paid for. Over three months, no product, no shipping info, no way to contact anyone with the company. Complete rip off!

Love the great selection of make up and as a make up artist I frequent there often, however, I'm a little disappointed that your return policy is a bit strict. If that is the case make sure that you have your customers look at their products BEFORE purchase. I just got home from your store after purchasing several items and opened my Black Color Cake foundation from Ben Nye and it's cracked! Figures... it was the only thing I didn't check....lesson learned... CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!
