This very special bell is an ongoing collaboration between Oak Ridge, Tennessee and a few prefectures in Japan, those affected most by the work done here in Oak Ridge. The Bell has four panels. Two of them list dates in pairs - Pearl harbor and Victory over Japan days on one side, and the two dates of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings on the other side.
