I wish I could give no stars or negative stars. Aetos/Gateway International appears to operate under multiple names at the same 860 US Highway One address, which feels intentionally misleading. This is the only entity at that address for which I could leave a Google review. Very poor experience with this broker for a USA-bound shipment. Despite the shipment being clearly booked on DDP terms, the team showed a serious lack of understanding of U.S. customs procedures, especially regarding bonds, POA requirements, and DDP responsibility. Critical requirements were raised after sailing, which caused unnecessary confusion, delay, and stress for both shipper and consignee.
