Despite the shipment being clearly booked on DDP terms, the team showed a serious lack of understanding of U.S. customs procedures, especially regarding bonds, POA requirements, and DDP responsibility. Critical requirements were raised after sailing, which caused unnecessary confusion, delay, and stress for both shipper and consignee.
