I had a very disappointing experience. The lady who assisted me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She seemed uninterested in helping and spoke in a dismissive manner, which made the experience uncomfortable. Good customer service should include respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was lacking. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive better treatment.
this place will load you 1 pallet per hour 🤯 if you got 5 pallets congrats you will wait until their shift ends
The check in guard is a sweetheart .besides that I sat here for 1hr and 30 min waiting to get loaded with 1 skid that had 6 pails on it . It ruined my logbook and other pickups i had that day .Sat in a waiting room that smelled like an old jockstrap for 1hr30
FREINDLY PEOPLE AND FAST UNLOADING THEY HAVE SPACE TO BACKING UP TO THE DOCK ALSO NEED TO CHECK WITH THE SECURITY GUY.
In thirty years of Purchasing, and from this company, I have never encountered a company that is so nonresponsive to phone calls and emails.
