Running a clinic with bad reception in the front desk is crucial and important. Why have a portal when you can only see your appointments and nothing else? Why hired 2 ladies to be in the front desk that can't provide you answers and keep placing you on hold? Why have us dial in the general phone line when all it does is "the next available agent will be attending to you". I visited Dr. Torres for my annual check-up, and he appeared quite friendly. They arranged a follow-up consultation for the next two weeks. The next day, my urine test results indicated a mild UTI, and upon seeing the results, I attempted to contact the doctor for treatment and possibly an earlier appointment. Unfortunately, he did not return my call. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I do not recommend this clinic.
