Estoy extremadamente decepcionada con la atención (o más bien, la falta de atención) en International Family Medicine. Sacaron abruptamente a mi abuelo del grupo después de darse cuenta de que no aceptaban su seguro secundario, algo que deberían haber verificado antes de programar su cita y aceptarlo como paciente. Él es diabético y tiene otras condiciones médicas graves que requieren manejo de medicamentos, pero aun así se negaron a atenderlo y nos mandaron a un centro de atención urgente. It’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone on the phone makes things very frustrating especially when sick. Was left on hold and call dropped never received a call back and then i kept calling back and only get automated and then phone just continuously rings. Or someone does answer just to then put you on hold.

Avoid this place ! my wife had terrible experience not one time but two. First time over the phone front desk gave her an appointment at 2.40 pm. we were reached there 10 min before and waited until 3.30 pm. we saw lots of mexican people who checked in after us was see the doctor but not her. Then she asked them why ? they misled her and said the appointment is 3.40 pm. we were surprised but we assumed we may be misunderstood when we got the appointment time over the phone.
