Paid $300 for some glasses and here I am a month later with no glasses.

Let’s just say they act like they don’t care. We were in there for 2 hours after the exam trying to order glasses and then we waited and waited to hear from them and finally we called them to see what was going on and they said the frames were on back order but we were not informed of this then there was a mix up on the lenses. Our exam was July 31. Today we finally got the glasses and went to pick them up and signed the sign in sheet and waited and waited and waited and finally went to the counter and said something. Love this eyecare clinic. When I was having some issues the eye doctor came in on her day off to do an eye exam for me. That speaks volumes!!

We have gone to Family Eye Care for years. Dr. Johll was/is a great doctor and a good person and we were so sad that he retired. Unfortunately the front counter staff leave a lot to be desired. After being there so many years, please at least act like you know us & treat us with courtesy. Three of our family have annual eye exams, two with contacts, two with bifocals. We spend a bit of time there and customer service goes a long way.
