Never had a bad service here. They always do my eyebrows great.
The girl I usually go to here is pregnant so I saw someone new today on 12/13/2024 around 6:30 PM. and not only was she rude ( didn’t even greet me when I came in) but I showed her a picture of how my eyebrows usually are and all she said was that she will follow the natural shape of my eyebrows and completely butchered them. They look awful. And when I told her I didn’t like them, she was dismissive and did not even apologize. the sweetest employees ever! they’re always so welcoming and every time i get my brows done by them i walk out happy with how they look! their customer service is amazing + they are very quick with the services! i highly recommend this place! everyone is so professional
