AVOID!! Showed up to a property inspection and the agent listed as Samuel Soon never showed up. Waited over 30 minutes before we decided to cut our losses and leave. They didn’t answer any calls or texts. There were around 25-30 people left waiting in the lobby of the apartment building. The most unprofessional conduct I’ve witnessed from an estate agent.
