What a super great dive shop. On site staff knew all the best local dives!
Incredibly disappointed in the customer service being provided here. I went into the store to seek further info from the staff after looking online. When asked specific questions, shop staff showed my partner and I the website and regurgitated unhelpful information obviously available on the site and didn't answer our specific questions. Having worked in the dive industry for many years myself as an instructor, I would not recommend this shop and would go elsewhere.
Since I started cold water diving in Sept 2020, IDC has been my go to dive shop and it has been where most of my dive gear is from! It started out with Liz (who has since returned to Oz) who was extremely helpful when I was looking for a mask... then I kept coming back. Their team including Royse, Madixx, Reed, Yannick, and Terry are totally awesome. I have joined them on many fun dives and it is always a pleasure coming into the shop. Really smooth experience with the guys at the broadway store. I communicated with Terry over the phone about renting 2 full sets of gear (dry suits and all) on Monday. When I showed up today the equipment was already packed up and ready to go (aside from the dry suits my partner and I needed to try on). After getting all that sorted, Yannick helped me load all the gear in the car. We had 2 wonderful dives this morning, incredibly smooth afternoon - everything was perfect.
Owner treated me unprofessionally. Also spoke negatively about my friends behind thier backs. I will never return.
