I have been trying to get replacement LED bulbs for my string lights for a year now and cannot get them to return my emails. I even offered to pay for them. Just steer clear of this company.

Had two LED shop lights catch fire inside, emailed over a year now, they needed picture and my address which i sent back with there reference #, thats where it ended, no response back, bought them at Sam's club. I could of had a major fire, lucky i was home to shut power off. My concern i have several more in my shop that i worry about them catching fire.

This is a horrible company to do business with. I purchased their defective lighting from Sam’s Club. Instead of returning the lighting, I reached out to their customer service. Department who assured me they were sending replacement lights. That was fall of last year and I have still received no replacement. They will not answer emails or return calls.
