Absolutely horrendous service. The lack of customer service and run around the sales person give in order to FORCE you to auto-renew is shameful. it literally took me three auto renews to get an answer on canceling my service, which is poor to begin with, and then still costed my company the equivalent of three months service. The product these clowns push is the same service you can purchase on an HP printer for about the price of two months service. Also you have to pay to return the copier...Disgusting business practice!
