Started off great…literally day two I was doing everything that was expected and asked…caught on super quickly to their system …. day 3 was sent home for lack of work but was scolded while I was there for taking care of personal business and taking 10 mins for a smoke break as they don’t offer any breaks in 8 1/2 hour time period. Our experience with International Controls and Equipment was nothing short of fantastic. We purchased an automatic gate and Tom Bushe did a super job of explaining the options to us. The technicians who came out to complete the installation explained what they were going to do, did it and then did a thorough job of going over what they just did including all the ins and outs of how to use it. If you have a physical security gate system, use ICE. They have the knowledgeable field and shop tech's, fast and kind responsive office staff and the get it done whatever it takes attitude. The triple combo that customers want and that the properties the gates protect, deserve. Thank you to Rob & Chris & Gary & Dallas & Ken & Tom & Gail & Michelle and ALL the others at ICE for keeping our gates operational all Michigan seasons year long! Much much appreciated.
