I brought in my laptop on Monday afternoon and received a quote at the door, had a potential diagnosis and ordered parts by Wednesday, and when that fix revealed a larger underlying issue that prevented the replacement part from working Alan(?) diagnosed a burnt diode and had the laptop back to me by Friday afternoon with fresh paste and no charge. Incredible service, and they kept me updated on progress every step of the way. If you're in the area, ICT is a great choice.

For any computer repair needs, I highly recommend visiting ICT Computer Experts (International Computer Technology). Their service is exceptional, and they tailor their work to meet your specific requirements. Recently, the hinge and right corner of my notebook broke, making it difficult to open and close. I contacted Lenovo, but they only sold me the parts without resolving the issue. I’ve had 2 different computers worked on in the last 10 years from upgrades such as installing a mother board, increasing memory and repairing a mouse pad on my laptop. All the work and interface with staff has been great.
