Abdul was great! Front desk was so friendly and patient and answered all questions! Great place! And left our truck perfect after accident damaged driver door and mirror.
I had a very disappointing experience with this center. The customer service was poor, especially from an employee named Jason, who yelled at me over the phone and when I went to pick up my car I didn’t want to talk to him but instead to a supervisor or the mechanic who took a view of my car and they denied it because they said I ran over something which I did so because of that they don’t need to take a look what’s wrong with it BUT I already went to my personal mechanic who said everything was fine just a few loose screws ... read more
I recently brought my truck into International Collision Center after a front-end collision that damaged the bumper and also affected the air conditioning! From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and did a phenomenal job. I’m beyond happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.
very unpleasant experience, bad customer service, they get upset if you go back to complain about what they said they were going to fix and it wasn’t, I even pay extra on top of my deductible never again I will have my car get fixed by them
Great work and fast. My 4Runner looks brand new.
