I so appreciate the affect within the presentation of the material. It’s a combination of structure and medicine that delivers far after the class experience. We hear the reasoning of why we are stuck and are given path forward. But then there is the dialogue with the healing that sits past the homework we are asked to explore. Started P1 in January of 2009, the year Dr. Shannon's son was born. Now he's a teenager, and I'm still taking classes with his dad. If you're looking for something to find meaning in your life through, this offers that opportunity. How many cigarettes can you smoke, how much beer can you drink, how much sports on tv can you watch? This is different, satiating, grounding. Eating until you feel like you're going to bust, and still wanting to eat more. This is not that, this is the antidote to that. This is real.
One of the best decisions I have ever made was to attend IMQC. The teaching is exemplary, Dr. Shannon truly embodies the wisdom he imparts.
