Can I give less than 1 star? If I could I would. The communication is dreadful - trying to get my dog scheduled involved a total inability to communicate, plain rudeness and condescension. I will never get my dog collected here because honestly it simply isn't worth the headache of getting him scheduled. I get that someone can have a bad day but then they probably shouldn't be the one answering your phone during work hours.

I Took My Dog to the Canine Sperm Bank and Now He Won’t Stop Winking at Me I don’t even know how to begin this, but here we go: I brought my dog to the International Canine Sperm Bank, and I’m fairly certain he thinks he runs the place now. He walked in a dog. He left a legend. The staff were professional, which is impressive considering the fact that they spend their day collecting canine splooge for future generations. We have worked with them three times and had healthy litters of 6-9 each time. Appreciate that they offer TCI as it is so much easier on the dam. Very friendly and professional staff!

I had semen shipped from ICSB to Southern California. They analyzed the semen as having 90% motility (which, frankly, is not likely) with 246mil sperm. The shipment arrived almost completely dead (30mil at 16% motility). Normally, I might think this was an issue with the stud, but the next day I had a second shipment collected and packed by Dr. Lopate at another facility. The ENTIRE collection survived.
