If I could give zero stars I would. The apprenticeship program is a joke. This local only deals with shady organizations that like to rip off young people who are just starting out and who are excited to be in this program. The local doesn’t know a thing about how to mentor or coach a young person and border line bullies their candidates/apprentices, they run so many kids through this program purely for the kick backs, there aren’t even enough placements!
