LU804 Has a very welcoming building that showcases much of their members talents. It shows the kind of dignity the IBEW projects.
Best decision I ever made in my life. Incredible pay, benefits and great coworkers. I've never been out of work for an extended period of time. Travel is always welcomed if you need the extra cash.
If I could give zero stars I would. The apprenticeship program is a joke. This local only deals with shady organizations that like to rip off young people who are just starting out and who are excited to be in this program. The local doesn’t know a thing about how to mentor or coach a young person and border line bullies their candidates/apprentices, they run so many kids through this program purely for the kick backs, there aren’t even enough placements!
