I agree with all of the negative reviews that people are posting. When you sign up for this so called insurance, they lie to you and deceive you into thinking you are getting good health coverage when you’re not. I personally was told by the agent that it was just as good as my previous insurance. As time went on when I needed to have surgery, and found out I didn’t have coverage for surgery’s. terrible experience.when I first got the plan I was told everything is included. they paid for just one incident where i had to go to the doctor and then FOR NOTHING after that. Can’t get in touch with them and if you do its a person in a loud call center that is hard to understand. Had a life threatening emergency and went to the ER and they are not paying one cent of that. Never again.
Beware! I reported them to NICB along with their associated companies, American Financial Security Life Insurance and Longspur Health. LLC. Their list of providers were mostly urgent care facilities and the doctors listed do not exist. They never paid for the one doctor visit we made and the doctor's office had never heard of them.
If I could rate this company a negative number that would be giving them too high a rating. Literally every claim that my family of 4 had during the time we had this so called "insurance" was denied, stating "Pre-existing conditions are a plan exclusion". In fact a claim for myself was denied for a UTI for that exact reason, how? UTI's aren't pre-existing .
