If you have naturally thick curly hair take caution. I know my hair and know that my hair breaks easily with too much heat and pulling, but when i expressed this to the owner and requested that she had her staff blow my hair out with low heat and not using the roller brush they use when blowing out, since she'd be using the flat iron after, she insisted that my hair would be fine and let them take care of it because they are the professionals and know what they're doing.
