Spoke to a girl named Claire about my tanning gun as I had an issue with it and she helped me out in under 3 minutes and got the issue sorted. She deserves a raise and is the most helpful person I’ve spoken too at NSS.
Had to buy my supplies off this website for my course. Beauty case I bought was delivered broken. Communicated this with them and they agreed to replace it but it never came! My teacher and I followed this up with them for months and they just ignored us! Never buying from them again!
