Terrible customer service. Said they would hold a product and they did not. No apologies.
This place is a joke. I showed them my esthetic diplomas (yes multiple) and they still denied me. Went to the other license only esthetic store down the strip mall and had an extremely better experience and treated with respect and like a human. Staff were rude, stuck up and thought they were better than everyone else including paying customers. 1000% WOULDN’T recommend.
Whitney and Jesse are the best. Knowledgeable and friendly service every time. 10/10
