I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. I have been a stylist for 18 years and never received such awful service from a supplier before. I purchased a T3 flat iron there a few months ago to try a new brand. The sales lady told me they were fantastic irons and came with a 2 year warranty, and that they had never had one ever come back. (No shit since that’s not even an option!!) Well I tried it on a few clients and myself and it would pull the hair and my clients even commented it actually hurt, so I decided it was not ... read more
