The service group here is unprofessional and lacking knowledge on car repairs for brands that they sell. The communication is terrible, and the only way to get answers or get anything done is to constantly stop in and check, like you would do with a child. We brought our car in to get a replacement AC evaporator, which took a week (should be 2-3 days max). I recently purchased a car from IA and had a great experience. I worked with Corey (sales manager) and was very pleased. As a young female, purchasing a car is always nerve racking when it comes to pushy salesmen.
