The diagonosis on the heater problem was correct. They ordered the parts and my heater now works perfectly and no longer has the annoying fan noise. Thank you for the great service

Everyone was friendly, listened carefully to my concerns, fixed all the issues in short order, and clearly explained what was needed in advance to get my approval, and then clearly explained what they did in a way I understood.
