The garage is clean which is a plus. Although, i brought a car in there once and a one day job took almost a month to get back. There always seems to be a lot of business there. The job gets done but in my opinion I think Gary could use an attitude adjustment as he would refuse to give me an estimate that I needed to FAX. He told me off I was better off going to a body shop to replace an aux fan. So in that case I guess he just didn't have interest in a 1 hr job. I don't really blame him but it still seemed on the rude side.
I have been taking my cars to Gary, first in Concord and now in Westford, for almost 20 years. He is honest about what needs to be done, or not done, he is clear about the price, he keeps track of what is about to go wrong with my car and what to keep an eye on. He does a great job and works quickly. And stands by his work. Getting my car fixed is just not something I have worried about since I met him.
