The level of respect this company has for vets is gross. Get the lowest bidder and this is what happens. I had my car shipped from STR to PTY. Along the way my car roof developed a leak and cause water damage to the headliner. I had pictures from the receiving shipping company and they said submit a claim, and vouched for the negligence during shipment. Steve Spencer told me to get an estimate for reimbursement so I did. They let my vehicle battery die while shipping my vehicle back from overseas. Additionally, I had to wait for them to jump the battery, only after I showed up after driving 4 hours. Furthermore, I received better customer service when I talked to the wall in their office. The DoD should seriously reevaluate the contract with this horrible company.

Absolute garbage and a classic example of why lowest bidder government contracts are bad for the service and servicemembers.

Just absolutely the worst customer service and service anyone could ever imagine dealing with. I cannot believe that this company still has military contracts- we are working to try and get them removed since they are truly the worst from dropping the car off to picking it up.

The staff at the Orlando location are very helpful, respectful, and professional. They made my PCS experience a lot easier for me. I appreciate their great service. To anyone shipping their POV with IAL in Orlando, you’re in good hands.
