Been working with this lab for years and have never had any problems with any tests done
Selected 3 day turn around time for asbestos bulk samples. At about 5 days after receipt of the samples, I followed up to see when to expect results. They told me to expect delays due to high volumes. This would have been great to know prior to reaching out. Don't expect quick turn around time, even when you pay for it.
IATL is a quality and honest lab that I trust on a regular basis and their customer service is great.
