I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the front desk at IAC Veterinary Urgent Care was the final straw. I had a 12:00 PM appointment that I booked days in advance and paid the required $50 deposit to confirm. I arrived about 20 minutes early, expecting everything to be in order. I was visiting from Texas and I had an emergency with my dog Lily. I’ve known Julian for a long time I called him and asked which location should I go to for help. He sent me here.. the staff was absolutely amazing and soo kind and caring. They got Lily some fluids and with some meds and we were on our way within a few hours. Thank you soo much. When I’m back home I’ll be sure to stop by with a gift basket for the staff
Dear Doctors and support staff, Thank you for the kindness and compassion you showed Cookie and our family. Because of the comfort and space you provided, I was able to stay by his side and hold him until his very last breath and that means more to me than words can express. Cookie was our little Morkie for 16 years and the heart of our family. You gave him the most peaceful and loving goodbye we could have ever asked for. What you do matters more than you know.
