If 0 stars existed, I would rate it that and to the negative numbers. The lack of care and humanity was so disheartening to see in a place that cares for animals. I rushed my cat to this hospital in hopes that they could help my cat. I wished I stayed home and gave my cat the peaceful goodbye he deserved. Instead, I paid a hefty bill to get treatment and left without oxygen that could have possibly saved his life. My cat had complications breathing. They were aware of this due to testing. I had a great experience with IAC Urgent Vets for my dog. He was having stomach and diarrhea issues; Juan was able to help diagnose and recommend probiotics, stool supplement and protocols that were effective.
My first vet experience and i didn’t not know what was going on but the doctor and everyone in there was so helpful they even took care of me knowing I don’t have enough to pay, (thank you Dr) Bring ur pets here they take care of them with really good care
The LVT was great with helping me order what I needed and Dr.Johnson was very attentive and on task with what my dog needed!
