I have been to the IRS building twice now and had great experiences both times. Brad and Erica are absolutely wonderful people who are helpful and kind. If you have to deal with the IRS, I'd recommend visiting them first.
The IRS is a joke. Zero customer service. Filed my return over 2 months ago. Why does the government get an interest free loan from the people and then not follow a repayment timeline? The IRS should be dismantled. I for one will be swapping over to cash only for my business and not be reporting anything to the government since they don’t actually take care of us and are wasteful with our incomes.

Wow there automative service is garbage! Are people to lazy to answer a phone here?
They didn't have any forms and don't carry common forms like 1096 or 1099. Couldn't talk to anyone knowledgeable about taxes, only the security guard. He was polite. But in terms of actually getting help, this place didn't do it.
