What is the possibility of sueing irs and winning? As I sit here in the lobby, a lot of people seem to be doing the process paperwork on time but irs is "in process " every time and staff in office don't have a response for the lag. Irs is never held accountable for delays, but they will gladly add interest and penalty fees. If a lawyer is reading this, let's talk about pursuing this for the people.
