You need to make an appointment beforehand. Make sure the same name is on the appointment as on your id. Street parking or 3 parking garages in the neighborhood. Expensive though. We had an appointment at 9:30, arrived 9:10, got a security check, waited till 10:30 ish to get service. Ours was a simple question, so I don’t know how knowledgeable the personal is. The person who helped us was friendly . 3 stars because of the hour wait after our appointment time.
Worst building in the history. I have an appointment at 12 its almost 1:30 and they still havent called my name. Whats the point of an appointment? Everyone is rude here and dont wanna do their job. Save yourself and go to the one in San Francisco way better service and way faster.
Been on hold for over an hour. Hung up on me after two hours.
