my experience might be pretty good if I could talk to a human instead of a damn machine that I don’t understand and it can’t tell me what I’m asking p ok
I cant not get answers on the phone all i want is appoitment at local office the phone calls not getting it done
I was on a monthly payment plan to pay off back taxes owed & they suddenly booted me off the plan. I tried to create another payment plan online & it just kept telling me that an error occurred & to try again later. Tried to call & after talking to someone, being transferred & waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I was hung up on. Its ridiculous how difficult it is to talk to someone in any government office at any level.
