I'm curious how they got my 2025 taxes to me in 21 days. But haven't sent my taxes from 2024 to me yet.
Got what I needed done but worker was rude and condescending
The fact of me having to put all my bank information, social security number, and pictures of my ID online to verify my identity and get my tax return is crazy!!! I opted for a paper check but was forced to do the above to get my refund. As usual, the decisions being made by OUR government are ridiculous.
I was so scared to go in because I had 2 years worth of taxes to figure out and a gentleman named John helped me out and took care if everything for me and treated me with such respect and I am all done now that man is a saint and I really hope they understand what an asset he is to thier office
