The fact of me having to put all my bank information, social security number, and pictures of my ID online to verify my identity and get my tax return is crazy!!! I opted for a paper check but was forced to do the above to get my refund. As usual, the decisions being made by OUR government are ridiculous.
I was so scared to go in because I had 2 years worth of taxes to figure out and a gentleman named John helped me out and took care if everything for me and treated me with such respect and I am all done now that man is a saint and I really hope they understand what an asset he is to thier office
They have been extending my husbands income tax from last year made in April to this year in April. They even said that they may extend it even more because they have better things to do.. I love how we have to pay taxes to them immediately but they can pospone our payments for our own money until they feel like it.
